All I can say about this company Extremely HonestCould not be any happier.

Called emergency on a Sunday afternoon. James called back right away and was over in 30 min. He was so professional and nice. Showed us pictures of the problems we were having and set us up to begin the fix. So far this company has given incredible service. We appreciate their help.

Fabulous service! I was without heat and another company was unable to complete a repair. I called Hardy and got immediate service. It was a difficult repair but Brian came through and got the heat going very quickly. Hardy has now gained me as a customer.

My thanks to the Hardy team for fast and efficient service when our air conditioning completely failed during the recent heat wave. Hardy assessed the problem, presented repair & replacement options, and completed the substantial necessary work in a week. They took our deadline very seriously, to get the house to cool in time for planned visitors to the house! Thank you HARDY.

HVAC unit shut down. Called and scheduled Appt for 1 week later. They showed up(and on schedule) which is not always assured on the East End. Brian jumped on the roof, diagnosed the issue and was able to replace blower motor on the spot. Changed all the air filters and installed a drain for the unit that was never installed initially. He was super professional and respected our business(removed his shoes walking through shop). Good guy and great service and an overall positive experience.
